This was one of my first experiences regarding PRP which I choose to have my hair and neck procedure done. It was all very well organised by a team, Vera, Sonia, Jenny, Emily & another member who's name I did not acquire. Sorry my apologies! All in all it takes at least 2 weeks for a review of the treatment, which I yet to have, but in the meantime I have had follow up from Jenny the Beauty Therapist regarding my health following the treatment, which was very reassuring & extremely helpful.

I was serviced today by Rochelle, I had a hydro facial and Dermaplane facial. First let’s talk about the decor- very comfortable, setup was beautiful, clean, absolutely lovely. Rochelle was really gentle with me and explained everything she was doing step by step. She even shared with me the products that she used on me. Rochelle was very accommodating and ensured I was comfortable. I was really pleased with the results from my facial. My face was really glowy and looked fresh.
