Wonderful experience at my Spa Massage just outside York. Afer much online research, booked Deep Tissue Massage Treatments for Two (sister and self) at Shabby to Chic just outside York centre and were completely satisfied. Both Elise and Sarah were very professional taking pride in their work - both therapists took the time to listen as to which areas to concentrate on and the treatments were tailored accordingly. Wished we lived nearer, as were just in York for a couple of days - would like to go back on a regular basis to pursue a tailored treatment plan - can't speak highly enough!

Katie was amazing. Made me feel very relaxed and at ease. The treatment was just what I needed and I feel lighter for it. Will definitely book again! My only downside would be the noise from outside. Understandably on a hot sunmers day the window needed to be open. I just found it distracting in places that I could hear most of the conversations from the salon downstairs and difficult to switch off. Otherwise Katie was great and highly recommend.

Highly recommend. I had a great experience with my sports massage from Erik. As a woman, I felt completely comfortable and respected throughout. Erik was professional, checked in on pressure, and helped release a lot of tension as well as suggested at home exercises to improve problematic areas. I left feeling relaxed, looser, and would definitely recommend.

I was really struggling with pain in my right shoulder and down the side of my neck. This was my first sports massage experience and it was amazing, and so convenient as Erik was able to come to my home. He really listened and asked questions to help me understand what had likely caused the tension. After just one massage I feel so much relief! I describing it as “floaty”! Thank you so much Erik! Elliot quickly diagnosed my problem and gave me exercises to do that have alleviated almost all of my pain. He explained everything to me in detail, down to the videos that he sent me so that I can remind myself how the exercises are to be properly completed. I highly recommend Elliot.

Erik was very informative before, during and after the appointment. He made sure i was at ease before beggining and talked to me during the massage so I knew why certain stretches were needed or why specific spots were targeted. I would recommend Erik's service to anyone with back issues.
