Krystyna was very professional and knowledgeable. She was very thorough and did a great job on my feet. Explaining what she was doing and what treatments she recommends for the future. She is very friendly and chatty. Nothing was tto much trouble and you can tell she definitely enjoys her job. I gabe a £10 tip because of how amazing she was and she took her time I didn't feel rushed at all. Will definitely be back to see her again.

Great experience! Tyler was very informative, friendly and professional. Made me feel at ease from the start, from his expertise knowledge and passion for scientifically-backed treatments to his very honest assessment. This appointment involved a consult and start of a treatment series so cannot comment on the results yet, but can say Tyler made me feel very at ease with the process which he warned could be uncomfortable. Highly recommend.

Excellent and highly recommend. Joel was polite and professional and put me at ease. He explained how the session would work and what to expect. The sports massage was thorough and helped to relieve tension in the neck, shoulders and back. I enquired about follow up sessions and was not made to feel anything was compulsory. Rather I was offered a selection of options that would suit me should I wish to try.

Excellent first sports massage session with Joel. Took care to assess, explained everything clearly, great back, leg and calf massage to get to grips with the knots. Finished off demonstrating some stretches I can do each day before the next session. Highly recommended!

Fantastic review of my orthotics by Nick. This session was for an orthotics check and they were assessed as not needing any refurbishment. I love these orthotics so much i've ordered a another pair. As I said to Nick today, when I put on my running shoes containing orthotics, I"stand corrected"! They got me round the London Marathon with no blisters, and at 69 years old, they continue to ensure that I "keep on running". HIghly recommended. Forget paying a fortune for fancy trainers and get some orthotics - you won't be disappointed and your feet will love you for it! Thank you Nick!

Highly recommend Tyler. He is incredibly knowledgeable and excellent at explaining what he’s doing and why so that you get a real understanding of what’s going on with your body and how to recover properly. He’s also very funny so puts you completely at ease during your treatment.

Went to see Tyler for my first PRP treatment and he was brilliant start to finish really helped me feel at ease when I almost passed out having my bloods done. The actual treatment was really quick and I felt really comfortable. Tyler spoke to me the whole time he was very professional. I would highly recommended giving him a visit if you are considering PRP you won’t regret it. He’s an all round nice guy that knows his stuff. I will definitely be back for another treatment.
