Josefa was fantastic. She took some time getting to know me and the issues I have with my body and then gave me a spectacular deep muscle massage. The space she uses is very welcoming and cosy and she has a very comfortable set up for massages.

This was my third visit to Josefa and my first time at her new space in Dalhousie Wellness Hub. She did not disappoint. I arrived with shoulder pain and a collection of ski related aches and pains and left feeling completely pain free. Josefa really listens and seems to know exactly what to do. The new venue is calm, quiet and genuinely relaxing, which I really appreciated. Walking out relaxed and pain free is the best feeling. Already looking forward to my next visit now that I know exactly where she is.

Josefa is so knowledgable and was able to quickly identify the problems in various different areas of my body after a short assessment. I went away feeling like a new person, with the aches and pains I’d felt before the treatment a distant memory. Josefa is so professional and also so friendly, and her treatment room is very relaxing and smells beautiful. I can’t wait for my return visit.

Great first massage with Josefa. Needed neck and shoulders released and had booked in for head massage. She gave me a tailored remedial massage to sort me out first, followed by a lovely relaxing head massage. Highly recommend.
