I took a 90 min sports massage. He knows what he's doing. Im an athlete and I came with a lot of problems in my back, fatigued legs, and my entire right shoulder was in a lot of pain and locked up. He opened up my shoulder and pretty much unlocked everything. Highly recommended. In my case for my injury it was very painful but very much needed. I like that he takes the time to get to know you a bit and learns about your lifestyle before jumping right in. And most importantly gave me feedback on what to do after the treatment.

As always Saskia does a really good job of easing out sore joints and muscles. I’d strongly recommend Bruntsfield Sports Massage for back and shoulder problems - it really makes a huge difference.
