Another great treatment from Louise. Back training after 3 weeks out of the gym and I was struggling to walk. Louise fixed that with a targeted sports massage focusing on my glutes, hamstrings and calves combined with some lower back work.

Really enjoyed my oxygen facial, I was so relaxed I fell asleep! My skin is glowing now even in winter. The best massage in Derby hands down. It’s always a treat to get a massage by Nalin. I have had many massages around the world and nothing ever compares to Nalin and the services she offers. She goes above and beyond, giving you complimentary water at the end and some freebies like some Easter egg one time when it was Easter. So friendly and approachable and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The work area was nice and clean, and Laura is really friendly and easy to talk to. Once she had identified the areas that needed attention, she went to work and the difference I felt was fantastic.
