I recently had a full body sports massage with Louise, and it was exceptional. Before beginning, she always takes the time to discuss any areas of concern, mobility issues, or pain, which makes the entire experience feel personalized and thorough. Louise is truly the best in her field — a real specialist who knows exactly how to identify and fix any issues with your body. I leave the clinic thankful every single time. Another great treatment from Louise. Back training after 3 weeks out of the gym and I was struggling to walk. Louise fixed that with a targeted sports massage focusing on my glutes, hamstrings and calves combined with some lower back work.

Had an amazing deep tissue massage and facial from Lexi. She worked on my extremely tight shoulder muscles and they feel so loose now. Really enjoyed my oxygen facial, I was so relaxed I fell asleep! My skin is glowing now even in winter. Ella provided some great advice, even offering follow up guidance on how I can alter my existing skincare regime to benefit my skin the most based on her assessment of my skin which I really appreciated. Another great sports massage with Lauren. Local and professional. Best way to describe is my regular factory reset. Targeted aches in back are dealt with every time and I am good to go again. Regular massage is recommended as helps long term. Didn't think it would help me but does every time

I honestly can’t recommend the algae peel enough – it’s been absolutely amazing. My skin has never looked so good. I really struggled with dark pores on my nose and they’ve literally gone, such a huge difference. Ella is such a kind and lovely person, she made me feel so comfortable from the moment I arrived. She’s also super informative and talks you through everything, which I really appreciated. You’re in such safe hands with her! She really knows her stuff. 10/10 Already looking forward to my next treatment 🤍✨

Visited the lovely Ella today at blend salon for the first time. I was made to feel at ease and relaxed. The Ella method treatment was by far relaxing !
