I had never been to a sauna before and it was such a lux and relaxing experience! Some me time they was definitely needed just to pause and receive . I even surprised myself and did the cold plunge also! Such a beautiful fit out . Really felt like I was on vacay somewhere on the Amalfi coast 😍

Loved my experience at this sauna and ice bath spot. The facilities were clean, calming, and beautifully set up for total relaxation. The sauna was perfectly heated, and the contrast with the ice bath left me feeling refreshed, clear-headed, and re-energized. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the whole vibe was just right. Amazing, so fresh and clean. We had a group of 5 and the 90 minute session was perfect to experience both sauna's and cold plunge. We left feeling revitalised. Looking forward to returning soon!

My husband and I had a beautiful afternoon at Sauna Amalfi. The staff member was lovely and explained the contrast therapy process. We enjoyed having Netflix on as a distraction to get through the 5 minute cold plunge! :) Two suggestions: increase the session duration from 45 minutes to an hour (or at least provide that as an option). 45 minutes felt quite rushed. The second suggestion is to include some additional body products in the rooms to use following your session to add to the experience - ie. body lotion. Thanks!

Sauna Amalfi is the hottest place in Avalon Beach...literally!

Absolutely loved my experience at The Heal Zone! From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm, clean, and private—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. I tried the sauna and ice bath combo, and it was honestly the best reset I’ve had in a long time. Everything was self-serve but super easy to use, and I appreciated not having to rush or share the space with strangers. The 70min plus 40min session was just the right amount of time to switch off and recharge. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a peaceful wellness escape in Avalon! Certainly coming back with membership. Thanks

Enjoyed the sauna and ice bath and was left feeling revived afterwards. Entire experience was wonderful aside from the fact that you find yourself having to shower up to ten times, every time before getting in the ice bath. This was a little annoying but all in all I had a good experience.

Always a great experience, lovely space and awesome sauna/ice bath. Highly recommend
