The Spintex office didn't seem to know that I had made a reservation but they welcomed me anyway. Got my locs washed and tightened. The person tightening my locs checked in periodically to make sure that it was being too tight. They just need to make sure their location is aware of the bookings, especially during a day with heavy traffic. I would go back again!

I went in for the Elim pedicure and had such a great experience from start to finish. The customer service was honestly 10/10—very attentive, warm, and professional. What really stood out for me was the level of care and attention to detail. During the service, they identified an ingrown nail I hadn’t even noticed and handled it so carefully and expertly. That alone made the experience feel very thorough and reassuring. The whole appointment felt thoughtful and well-executed. Definitely one of the best pedicure experiences I’ve had—I’ll be back for sure.

I had a good experience at Beauty technicians. Went for a pixie maintenance appointment. They were wry punctual and my stylist (Patience) was very sweet. Price is very affordable: i would certainly come back.

Twist and Locs is excellent at handling natural hair. I have enjoyed the service thoroughly. As a person with extremely thick hair, I’ve had to endure the torture of traditional salons pulling at my roots and then telling me to perm or texturize. This has been the most bearable, and dare I say, most wonderful experience. As I speak, I’m induced by the sweet minty burn on my scalp and the scented of their conditioner in my twists. The fact that price is fixed beforehand is a plus for the kind of hair I have. And the staff are so fun. Mabel (my fellow Reggae fan) has such a soft touch.

It took less than 3 hours to do boho braids (bum length) I’m so happy with my braids and the service and the speed! & the wash was so thorough and relaxing Book them!

Knowledgeable, fast, and great at what they do. Plus hands down best shampoo experience in Accra!

I loved my experience! They really took the time to understand what I needed and what I was looking for. They focused on the exact color I wanted for my hair and matched it perfectly—which isn’t easy since I have locs. When it came to my locs, I prefer a more natural look, and the stylist absolutely delivered. They used an interlocking method and then twisted my hair, and it came out beautifully. I’m also on vacation and accidentally left my phone there, and two of the employees actually waited for me to come back and get it—well beyond their hours of operation. I highly recommend!

Very positive experience with Belinda and Gifty for locs interlock. I received a thorough hair wash and a very quick and impressive interlock. Would come back again.
