One of the BEST deep tissue massages in Norwich (and I’ve had so many)! Amelia is attentive and present throughout her treatments and the pressure she applies is literally perfect. I have extreme tension, knots and stress that gets built up and quite stagnant in my muscles and joints due to being a therapist myself and also on my feet all the time. I left the treatment floating away - I felt like a new woman! I must also add that Amelia’s massage table/bed is INCREDIBLE! I was comfy from the get go. Would highly recommend and will be returning again. Thanks Amelia - you saved me today!

I've had a 90 mins pregnancy massage today and the experience was amazing. I felt completely relaxed and in tune with my body whilst Charlotte still got into my muscles and made it feel like I was still having a massage. Honestly one of the best massages I've had and I'll be back for sure!!

My first pregnancy massage with Jackie and it was absolute bliss! It was the perfect combination of soothing relaxation and gentle relief of aches and pains. Jackie's exceptional knowledge of the body was abundantly clear, as she skillfully worked around me and bump; all the time checking me for comfort. I felt in very safe hands and almost fell asleep, which is unheard of for me! Rachel is brilliant, her knowledge of her skill is amazing , she listens to what you want and explains different options that would be good and great for your skin . Rachel also makes you feel relaxed because you know your getting a professional treatment, I have rebooked with Rachel and she is organising a facial plan personally for me .the salon is bright and very friendly and your always welcomed with big smiles.

Had my toe nails done and my nails done by Mayram she did a wonderful job and I am really in love with my nails ( best set I have ever had) I have gotten loads of compliments on them!! I had a pregnancy massage with Dawn. I was experiencing all the usual third trimester aches and pains, and wanted some time to relax and reset before baby arrives. The massage was absolutely wonderful. Dawn made sure that I was comfortable throughout and helped support bump with different pillows and positions. She covered my whole body, focussing on my back and hips which held a lot of the tension. When I sat down the evening after my massage, I could really feel the difference! I would highly recommend for other mums to be.

I had a great massage and facial with Amelia. I didn't really know what to expect since this was my first pregnancy massage and facial. Amelia is a great therapist, explained the process really well and released some tight spots. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
