Diane was absolutely amazing and incredibly friendly!! Even though our appointment took place after the store’s closing time, she still took the time to give me an amazing experience and I didn’t feel rushed at all. She listened to all my hair concerns (lack of volume and heaviness from products) and gave me amazing recommendations. I’ve never left a salon with my hair feeling so light and bouncy and looking as amazing as it does. I’ll definitely be coming back for regular hair cuts! :)

Makoto was awesome! I had signed up for the wrong perm for my lifestyle and she realized that in time and helped me figure out what would work. The chairs are so comfy, including the hair washing one - cause the bottom piece lifts before the back goes down, so the legs and back adjust properly. It was very relaxing, and it looks great!

Mii did an amazing job. I love my haircut and how healthy my hair felt after it. She ensured the length was what I wanted and provided insight to the nature of my hair. I also got a lash lift and was impressed with what a difference it made. Saeko explained the different curls and her advice was really great. I've never had a perm before but I trusted Jenny with the process. She did a phenomenal job - she trimmed all the damaged ends of my hair, triple checked to make sure which kind of perm I wanted, washed my hair and did the whole job so seamlessly. I loved the look - will definitely come back for touch ups.
