First time coming to I's for our son's first loose perm and cut. Sho helped him and did a fantastic job. He provided the perfect amount of wave and curl to his hair. Today's experience with Mako is pleasant, and filled with joy to be presence. Initially, I have no idea what kind of hair cut I wanted. Mako and I consulted in text with English and Japanese translation which, it is a way to flow the conversation respectfully. I did know what I need in my hair cut. No bangs, ears showing, and low maintenance styling. Later, we decided to do a perm since there's an extra time. Mako recommend and suggested it. It was funny because I was thinking about having a perm as a possibility. Since, my hair have not much volume or way to show alive hair style.

I initially had an appointment for a cut and curly perm with Ken, whom I've had cut my hair before, and he did an amazing job, so I came back for it. During consultations upon arriving at the salon, I was told that he might not be able to offer the curly style I am requesting since it is not his forte. He could have just left me with a haircut, but he went above to ask his colleague/assistant, Makoto, to see if he could do my hair.
