What a treat it is to come get my haircut and spend time with the lovely ladies at Crissel New York! Crissel is not only a phenomenal hairdresser but also kind, thoughtful, and funny. I always have such a great time chatting with her and her awesome crew (namely Rosie and Susie). Crissel always makes me look and feel fabulous... and at a great price. Even after moving away from the neighborhood, I still maker the trek back because I know I can rely on Crissel to make me look my best (and give me a few good laughs). Highly recommend this wonderful salon!

If I wasn't moving next month, this would be my permanent salon, but unfortunately I'm leaving New York. :(

I had a phenomenal experience! The stylist and salon staff were all super welcoming and good energy. The stylist ran through my hair, made sure I was comfortable and gave me intentional recommendations based on my needs. I was very nervous - especially as someone who is a hijabi and has Lupus- my hair has been a sensitive spot for me. However, on Sunday mornings they made sure to accommodate and make sure there were no men! She also was extremely knowledgeable of the medication I take for Lupus and how it can impact hair health. Overall, it was amazing and I will def be back!

I walked into the salon today 7.14.26 extremely nervous because it's been over 8 years since I have done my hair professionally. Jahlena was amazing as my hair stylist and Stephenie was an absolute sweetheart as the assistant. Jahlena was attentive and honest, steering me in the right direction. Stephenie was sweet, kind put me at ease (she made me a cup of tea 🙂). I definitely recommend H2 Salon if you are looking for a professional, clean and respectful hair salon.
