Had a great experience at the salon. Pauline was fantastic, she took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and gave me an amazing haircut. I'd also like to thank the assistant who helped with my blow dry (sorry, I forgot to ask her name!). I have a lot of hair, but she was so patient and thorough. Even though my appointment ran over time, neither of them made me feel rushed. Excellent service and great value for money. I actually think their prices are on the lower side for London, especially considering the quality of the service. I'll definitely be back!
