Right then, listen up! Just had a stonkingly good massage at Pinnacle Body Rejuvenation. Absolutely top-notch. From the moment I walked in, the place was just lovely. Proper calming atmosphere, you know? My therapist, bless their cotton socks, was brilliant. Sorted out all my aches and pains, no bother. I’ve booked a block of Ayurvedic lymphatic drainage massage with Afshan as after having a baby my ankles remained full of fluid. Each session the difference is incredible and I feel like I am becoming the old me again. Afshan has a wealth of knowledge about the lymphatic system and gives me exercises to do each week to build on the work she has done. I feel cared for, supported and treated as an individual. I can’t recommend Afshan enough.
