I wasn’t sure what I wanted when I went in but she made some great recommendations that encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and I absolutely love how my French manicure turned out! My first visit was great at Scarlett O'Hair. I didn't know what to expect. Oksana took the time to listen to my concerns on hair products. I have allergies and a sensitive scalp. And she didn't rush through the wash/cut/style. Her attention to detail is noted. I am happy with the results. FINALLY, I found the right hair salon.
