I came to Tala Beauty Bar for laser hair removal on my back and shoulders. They use the Venus Velocity diode laser, and the results have been impressive even early on. It’s rare to find this level of technology and quality at such fair pricing in downtown Toronto. Mina was excellent and very patient, and she made sure everything was done properly. One of the best lash lifts I’ve ever gotten! My natural lashes are super straight and I don’t know how she did it, but the lash tech got them super curled and tinted — I usually need waterproof mascara and a heated lash curler to get my lashes to look like this. It’s also one of the most affordable lash lifts I’ve found in Toronto so far. 11/10!

I had such a wonderful experience here! The salon is very clean, and all of the staff are so friendly and fun to be around. They even offered me an Americano and hot chocolate, which was such a thoughtful and lovely touch. One thing I really appreciated was how they removed my shellac. Instead of using an e-file, they gently filed off the top coat by hand and used gel remover. They explained that they don’t like to overuse the drill because they want to protect their clients’ natural nails from unnecessary damage. I really respected their honesty and care for nail health. Highly recommend!
