I recently visited Eva at the salon in Poole town centre for a two hour Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage. I can honestly say that this was the best, most relaxing treatment that I have ever experienced. If you are looking for the ultimate in relaxation then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eva and would suggest that the two hour option is worth every penny.

Snezhana is just absolutely amazing , this is the second year I have booked courses for manual lymphatic drainage massage post surgery. Claire is so knowledgable and supportive. I booked in with her following the after effects of a tick bite, Lyme disease and subsequent antibiotics. Following the MLD massage treatment, I felt relaxed and more confident that I’d be able to improve my situation. She gave me many ideas to support recovery of my lymphatic system. She’s just brilliant!

I’ve been to so many places for massages in the past, here and abroad and honestly Natural body cafe are just perfect. I always end up in some kind of deep meditation during the massage and feel refreshed and relaxed afterwards. Jodie who I had today is a fantastic masseuse and made the whole experience lovely.

My appointment was 2 weeks post op and was recommended by my surgeon as part of the recovery process. I'd never heard of MLD massages before, so I'm happy that I found Claire as she's been fantastic & very knowledgeable. I was still very sore & swollen when I first came to see her, but she managed to gently massage & drain alot of my fluids away during each session, with the added bonus of red light therapy to aid the healing. Claire always offered advice & provided helpful tips to aid my recovery & overall cosmetic results. I have just completed my final massage session & couldn't be happier!

Truly amazing treatment, felt like I was floating! Carmen listened to everything and adapted my treatment with reflexology lymphatic drainage as well as aiding hormone rebalancing. I recently had a lymphatic drainage massage with Danielle. She used very gentle movements that felt soothing rather than intense. It was very different from a deep tissue massage but just as beneficial in its own way. After the session I felt lighter, less bloated and less inflamed.
