I had such a great experience at Serene Skin Clinic. I’m quite scared of needles, so I was really nervous going in, but Sarah was amazing from start to finish. She made me feel at ease, explained everything clearly, and kept checking that I was okay throughout. Her calm and reassuring approach made all the difference and turned it into a really positive experience. She also carried out thorough checks afterwards and did careful touch-ups at the end to make sure everything was even. I couldn’t recommend Sarah and the clinic more! Thank you! 💋

The staff were friendly and helpful and I had a good back massage from Nicola. There was a few miscommunications and the venue was quite tired but I'm told this was down to the hotel and separate from the spa.

Absolutely excellent service. Have now had Botox on three occasions and the results have always been simply stunning. Sarah clearly understands the complexities of facial movement and structure, and her competency arises not only from knowledge, experience and technical skills, but also a conscious awareness of the aesthetic too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
