My 30min lymphatic drainage massage with Minori was super relaxing; she has a gentle touch like soft clouds and she accomplished all the areas I asked her to focus on within the 30mins which can feel like not enough time if you’re used to doing it for an hour. I enjoyed my session as usual at Zen Massages in St Leonards :)

Got remedial and back massage from Cathy and it was really helpful for my stiff neck and shoulders. She asked me various questions to understand the issues and tailored the massage accordingly. She used her knowledge of the muscles anatomy to help release them, even the deeper muscles. Hands down one of the best remedial massages I have had in Sydney! I feel more mobile after the massage. I would recommend trying her remedial massage.

Booked a Japanese head spa and left feeling like a new person. Kara made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. Nathalia did my treatment and was fantastic — calm, skilled, and thorough. The scalp massage was next-level relaxing and I didn't want it to end. The head wash in the massage chair was an unexpected highlight, and the facial at the end sent me into full bliss mode. Gorgeous peaceful space, great Mosman location, genuinely welcoming team. Excellent value. Will be back.

Audrey did my treatment — gentle, attentive, and walked me through every step. The scalp massage was deeply relaxing and the head wash in the massage chair was a genuine surprise. Facial at the end was the perfect finisher. Decor is peaceful, location in Mosman is spot on, and the team is warm and inclusive. Great value. I'll be back for the cosmetic treatments.
