I booked in for herbal balll compress massage and I was given a variety of message therapy treatments comprising of hot stone, stretching, acupressure, lymphatic and herb balls combined with a special balm and oil tailored to my specific body that addressed all my concerns and issues. I was given a pain relief balm to take away with me for free! I was in agony when I walked in and virtualy pain free when I walked out. It was a wonderful massage experience. Shes is massage warrior. And I highly recommend her massage service.

Nicole was lovely and professional. The room was warm and dimly lit. All the towels were fresh and the music was relaxing. I had a full body massage for an hour and a half and felt like each body part got a good amount of attention. The pressure and techniques were also very relaxing. I could have lay there all day. Will definitely be back and recommend to others.

Exceptional first visit to Jamie at NOVO Therapy. I was fortunate to secure an on-the-day appointment for my day off when I was really struggling with neck and back pain. Excellent communication and easy booking journey. Lovely treatment room and a warm welcome. The treatment was tailored, insightful and Jamie clearly knew what he was doing. I had a Pedicure on Friday. Absolutely beautiful venue all of the staff that were onside were warm & welcoming with a beautiful vibe radiating from them. The treatment itself was exceptional, the attention to detail, the relaxation that came with it and the foot massage was 10 out of 10! Thank you for a really positive experience. What a therapist Michelle is, has the skills to shock in amazing ways; had a deep tissue massage and was literally blown away by how outstanding it were. You deserve an award, like get yourself on World Championship in Massage (IMA). I arrived with swimmers shoulder, was only expecting 10/10 and I got just that. Her professionalism, inner strength, mindset, lovely salon not to forget ( hidden gem ) Nearly brought a tear to my eye 😂 Keep doing what you’re doing gal! I’ll be back tomorrow 🙃

I discovered Shery’s beauty through a Groupon deal and have never looked back. Fariba is exceptional and my nails have NEVER looked better or stayed in tact like they do here. I get my eyebrows done here also and again, perfect job and the shape has been done perfectly for the 1st time ever. I love this salon, everyone is so friendly.
