I recently had my very first facial at Loft with Leigh-Ann, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My kids gave me an electronic gift card for Mother’s Day, and I was really excited to use it—but I was also a little nervous. I have rosacea, so I was concerned about how my skin would react and whether a facial would leave me irritated or uncomfortable. Leigh-Ann immediately put me at ease. She was so gentle, calm and reassuring, and she explained that the products she was using were gentle and appropriate for my skin. I am very happy with the experience. Thank you!

I’m so happy with my brows every single time. I do wax & tint & Makayla is incredibly talented, professional, and pays attention to every detail. She always makes me feel comfortable and listens to exactly what I want. My eyebrows have never looked better from being perfectly shaped and the tint colour is always perfect as well. Izzy was phenomenal! I had some major shoulder issues due to my labour intensive work. Noy only was she able to help loosen things up, she took the time to explain what was going on and shared aftercare exercises etc. to help until I see her again. 10/10! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
