Krystal is absolutely amazing! I LOVE my lashes she knew exactly the lash style that suited my face and I really appreciated her honesty and transparency :)

From beginning to end, walking in the door to the end of my appointment was pure bliss! The staff were very welcoming from the time I had called to book an appointment and couldn’t get one for the time that I was in Niagara Falls and so they put me in a waiting list and I was so ecstatic when they called to say they had a cancellation. I had the Diamond Head Spa Treatment, it was exactly what I needed, so totally relaxing and amazing…. We all know how great it is when we go to the Hairdresser and have our hair washed, it’s never long enough, well this was an hour of that! Highly recommended!

I brought my nephew for the Diamond Headspa as a birthday gift. The grin on his face when it was over told me all I needed to know. He absolutely loved it and Crystal was very sweet and comforting. I plan on booking an appointment for myself soon as well as for my niece. This is next level relaxation and the personal care we all need. Thank you 🥰

Really like Lydia. She was so nice and friendly. I was a bit disappointed that I had sticky wax residue on my face and legs after I left. That has never happened in the past when waxing. I had to apply oil myself to my face to get it off. Will try again and hope that was just a one off.

I had the best experience from the moment I entered this beautiful spa. The Crystal Headspa-Holistic Scalp & Face therapy was a wonderful treat. Ninety minutes of relaxation and rejuvenation. I chose to leave the last treatment in my hair and I’m still enjoying the scent. Crystal was wonderful and I can’t wait to visit again soon.

It’s always a great experience at Loft! Peter does a wonderful job with cut and colour every time. He knows what style and colour suits your face shape and skin tone. So happy he’s at Loft.

Great place. I have tried many places since I moved to Niagara Falls. Gia is an amazing massage therapist and Sara did my pedicure today, she was amazing. I have ingrown toe nails and have had a difficut time finding someone able to remove them. Thank you both I will not use anyone else.

Peter always gives me a fantastic hair cut and colour. He always gives you a cut that is complimentary to your face and offers suggestions on the right colours and highlights to complement your style and skin tones. Very professional in every way!

Waxing was great. Super efficient and made me feel very comfortable. I'll definitely book here again.
