Amazing service! Sabrina was very much knowledgeable, pleasant and personable. She recommended a different facial from what I booked as she recognized the needs of my skin. I felt very informed and rejuvenated leaving the spa. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Beautiful spa with lovely waiting room and stunning lagoon pool for lounging when finished. Rosanna was very kind and attentive to how I was feeling throughout my prenatal massage and was very gentle. The Elemis Superfood facial with Ashley was amazing too! She was very thorough and all of the products smelled amazing. I would definitely return and recommend AquaSpa to others. Amazing experience, thank you!

I discovered Ki’West a few months ago and booked with Sabrina for my first facial ever. It was an amazing experience and I’ve made it part of my monthly routine! The atmosphere and the decor of the spa are lovely and I always feel welcome. I highly recommend that anyone who is looking for a good facial or massage to try this place!

I booked a 2.5 service for my husband and I on my birthday , everything was great except we did not get robes which I was pretty shocked about. The photos tell a different story. Also it was not explained or offered to us to relax on the deck after our services until I asked, by than I was ready to head out. It think if you up that customer service piece it will really add to the experience because the services were enjoyable.

Fantastic service. Very accommodating. Had a migraine and offered to braid my hair in the dark. That is top notch service!
