I had the Palm of Feronia facial with Olivia and it was truly the best way to spend a heatwave day in London. The treatment was tucked away in a cool, relaxing room with a beautiful energy. I had an ice tea to begin and Olivia finished with ice globes for extra cooling. A beautiful energy and thorough but relaxing experience - I left feeling lifted, glowing and a few hormonal spots I was struggling with feel much calmer and less inflamed today. A great reminder to slow down and take care of myself - can't recommend enough!

Dr Katharine explained everything that she was doing along the way and I left feeling like I had a relaxing Facial! After my first visit I received a 10% coupon from Fresha by text to my phone, so I came back today. This time for 3 treatments. The Nose and Ear waxing which incredible. I recommend this to anyone. £8 a treatment before the 10% Fresha offer, bargain! I then had the Cut throat shave which was a super relaxing experience with a lovely mix of hot towels, cleansing balm and semi facial treatment. Joe is an ultimate professional and really makes you feel special and coupled with the 5 star hotel experience I will be a regular on my future trips to central London for sure.
