This was our first time at Dilaani Spa, and we absolutely loved the experience! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the space was spotless and relaxing. The makeup consultation was excellent - answered all the questions I had, I learned I was using some wrong colours, Sarah showed me some application techniques and recommended products. Sarah began with a thorough consultation and then curated a facial tailored to my specific needs and desires. I appreciate silence during a facial, and Sarah picked up on that without needing to be told. While the treatment is called a "facial," it is really a head-to-toe care experience. At no time did Sarah try to sell me a product. Finally, and most importantly, Sarah is exceptional at her craft. I highly recommend Sarah.
