This was my first time at this salon. Such a beautiful space! I am so in love with my nails and they did a fantastic job on my eyebrows too. I have went through 5 other salons since moving to the west end of Ottawa but this is the one I'll be returning to again and again. This was our first time at Dilaani Spa, and we absolutely loved the experience! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the space was spotless and relaxing. The makeup consultation was excellent - answered all the questions I had, I learned I was using some wrong colours, Sarah showed me some application techniques and recommended products. No pressure at all. The facial was exquisite, curated especially for me. Sarah's "facials" really include a full body treatment. Highly, recommend.

I've had many facials in my lifetime, and I can honestly say this was the best facial I have had. Sarah's treatment room is professional, warm, and impeccably appointed. Sarah began with a thorough consultation and then curated a facial tailored to my specific needs and desires. I appreciate silence during a facial, and Sarah picked up on that without needing to be told. While the treatment is called a "facial," it is really a head-to-toe care experience. At no time did Sarah try to sell me a product. Finally, and most importantly, Sarah is exceptional at her craft. I highly recommend Sarah.
