It was my first visit and it was lovely. I love my hair, I love the staff, I love my stylist (Lauren), I love the way the products smell, I love the way everything looks inside, I love their organization and the way they handle business. If I wasn't moving next month, this would be my permanent salon, but unfortunately I'm leaving New York. :(

Shalayna is amazing! I went to her for the first time a little over four months ago because I wanted a silk press. Instead of just doing the service, she was honest and told me my hair wasn’t in the right condition for it at that time. That immediately impressed me because I want a stylist who genuinely cares about the health of my hair and will recommend what’s best, rather than simply doing what I ask to make a sale. I went in for my first curly cut in 5 years and saw Dailey. My experience was 1,000,000/10. I walked in and was immediately met with a warm greeting by the receptionist who took my jacket upon check in. My appointment started on time. I was offered a beverage and walked to Dailey’s station. The appointment started with consultation since I was a new client. Dailey listened to what I wanted and my concerns, then talked me through her assessment of my hair. After the best shampoo of my life and deep conditioner, Dailey cut and styled my hair. I left looking better than I imagined I would!

Came in for a consult with Jai, I love her work but her personality was really the pull for me. Her extensive knowledge on the complex case of my hair confirmed for me, I did the right thing. I had such a great experience with Jahlena! My haircut came out excellent, and she really took the time to explain what I need to do to get my hair back healthy and strong again. She educated me on how often I should come in for trims and gave honest, helpful advice about maintaining my hair properly. Her vibe was so friendly, welcoming, and professional, and she made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. I truly appreciated how knowledgeable and caring she was. Jamal, and his assistant Talia, are extremely kind, utterly professional, thorough and an absolute joy with whom to spend the afternoon. Jamal is a wizard with sensitive hair, and fixed my damaged hair so that it looks and feels healthy and amazing!! It was a great blessing to find them; I only wish they were in New Jersey :-) so I shall have to go up to New York many many times in the future!!

This amazing black owned salon is an experience its self. From the cleanliness to the ambiance and the hospitality! You’re greeted and welcomed by amazing staff and high quality service. I’ve had the pleasure of booking with my hairstylist Cara, twice and Tash Blaque and every time I’m pleased and blown away with the experience I received. Cara is such a pleasant spirit and an even better hairstylist. She’s experienced and loves to make sure her client leaves content and satisfied. I booked the sew in experience and received a wash and set, blow out and styling with my ready installed weave.

Lurissa is an amazing, kind stylist! I am so happy with my hair. She asked questions throughout the process to make sure I would like my sew-in. I love the end-result!
