Blind booked this for a last-minute pre-Christmas appointment and I’m so glad I did. Perfect location with easy parking at Westfield, and the service was amazing from start to finish. I had a look in mind and they matched the shade perfectly to my inspo pic 🤍 My nails turned out gorgeous and the spa pedicure was so relaxing - exactly what I needed. As someone new to London, trying a new salon can feel a bit nerve-wracking, but everyone here was so friendly and welcoming and instantly put me at ease. Will definitely be back 🫶🏼

Delightful! Nataliia is lovely, and thorough. I didn't want gel and she very kindly included normal nail polish onto my clean manicure AND fixed the one I immediately smudged 🤣 The salon is spotless too, I will definitely be back! Thank you so much for fitting me in in time for my birthday this week 🤗

Nataliia is AMAZING! Incredible attention to detail, wonderful products, OUTSTANDING technique, and she's a lovely and warm person! This was the first time I've gotten a gel manicure where the application didn't hurt when the polish cured under the lamp -- Nataliia is brilliant at what she does. I've already booked my second appointment! :)

Great and beautiful spot for manicure. I had mine with lovely Mehrnaz and she was amazing! Very precise and had high attention to details. My cuticles never looked so great and application of nail polish was perfect. Best manicure I’ve had❤️I was a walk in but will definitely go back to Mehrnaz. She was also very warm and lovely to talk to. Thank you 🫶

Caterine was amazing, friendly and efficient. I booked a Japanese manicure, she ensured that the process was smooth, she checked in to see how I felt and most of all, she did a fantastic job on my nails! They are well shaped and have a glisten to them. I'd definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an smooth nail treatment.

I had a great experience at Skin Aesthetic Lounge! I went for a HydraFacial and a manicure and pedicure, and I was very impressed with the service. Kiran was very friendly, always smiling, and kept chatting with me to make me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The treatments were relaxing, and the results were amazing. Highly recommend for both excellent service and a wonderful experience!

Definitely recommend! Super friendly staff, professional biab removal and gel application. I was fed up of getting nipped by tools in my previous nail salon and can’t fault the nail tech Natalie who did my nails so perfectly and professionally - will definitely be going back.
