The treatment was fully tailored to my skin, including a deep cleanse, exfoliation, mask, and an amazing facial massage. Kim was very professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about skincare. My skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and visibly glowing afterward. I have NO eyebrow hair at all so am very picky about getting my brows laminated and have waited 3 years whilst being in leeds to find the right person! And Billie is incredible! Took the time to really get the shape I was after with care! It’s very rare I go back to the same place but my brows are literally perfect so will be back! Louisa did an amazing job on my nails! I had gel nails and BIAB and she applied them perfectly, re-doing any she wasnt100% happy with. Good shaping skills too. The design she created was gorgeous. My nails usually last for weeks without chipping (and I'm a dog walker so they get some bashing). I highly recommend Louisa 10/10 🩷🩷🩷
