It has been super hard for me to find an acupuncturist in London that I felt was intuitive and understood my presentation, and could listen to the subtle cues of my energy field and physical body. I came to Trang with extremely tight hips, glutes, traps and neck, which had been preventing me from stretching properly and constantly causing pain after strength training sessions. After just one session with her, I felt immediate relief. Trang truly worked wonders on me. She is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint and treat my problem areas with ease. Her technique was both effective and tailored to exactly what my body needed. I left feeling looser, lighter, and able to move much more freely. I can’t recommend Trang enough!
