Cassie has such such a warm, lovely presence and very attuned to the needs of the client. I came to Trang with extremely tight hips, glutes, traps and neck, which had been preventing me from stretching properly and constantly causing pain after strength training sessions. After just one session with her, I felt immediate relief. Trang truly worked wonders on me. She is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint and treat my problem areas with ease. One of the most effective massages I’ve had in London. Urban Therapy Massage Clinic offers a brilliant Multi Techniques Massage that combines relaxation with real therapeutic benefits. Highly recommended.

If you want a nap, go for Swedish. If you want results, book the deep tissue at Urban Therapy. My therapist used their elbows and forearms to get into the deeper layers of my glutes and lower back. It’s a 'good hurt' that actually fixes the problem.

Louie was amazing to see for acupuncture. I went to see them for ongoing shoulder pain. The consultation was thorough looking at all aspects of my health. Louie explained in detail how the acupuncture needles would be placed, how it would feel and reassured me throughout the session. The space is beautiful and calming. I had some good immediate relief from pain and more movement in my shoulder. I'll definitely be booking in again with Louie. I highly recommend. Louie and acupuncture as a treatment are amazing :)

My first time at this salon and Nicole was very warm and welcoming. I was in intense pain in back, legs and thighs so was unable to lie comfortably in certain positions. Nicole took time to make me comfortable, using pillows for support, before she started the treatment. As soon as she started, I felt immediate relief. She got right to the root of the problem and is very knowledgeable about how muscles work. Because of the intensity of my pain, I obviously wasn't cured in one session, but the pain had lessened considerably. I will be back for further sessions and I highly recommend Nicole.

Eirini is amazing. This was no ordinary massage or facial, she has magic healing hands. I left relaxed, completely pain free and glowing. I cannot recommend Eirini enough. It was a wonderful experience.

A beautiful experience from start to finish! The apothecary itself is so peaceful, and Cassie takes so much care in creating such a safe container to just 'be'.
