I had the most amazing facial with Faye today! From start to finish, the whole experience was so relaxing and I felt completely pampered. Fay was really sweet and her massage was good. She has a nice touch. Where I was left a little underwhelmed was the Japanese head spa didn’t include scalp mapping which I was expecting and the therapy room is scruffy it needs attention. Overall it was relaxing and therapeutic

It was an absolute pleasure to have my nail treatment today. I was a gift and I had never visited here before. Everyone was so lovely and friendly I didn’t feel uncomfortable and what Bonnie did to my nails was a miracle. They were pretty bad! Am hooked on getting them done again.
