She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable from start to finish, And the biggest surprise… it was practically painless!!! I didn’t believe the reviews before I went, but now I completely get it. Charnel is such a professional – this is exactly how waxing should be done. So lovely, so reassuring, and amazing at what she does. I won’t be going anywhere else! Xx
