Never really understood reiki...and still don't if I'm being completely honest, but what I do understand is the importance of relaxing and focusing on the mind and that's exactly what happens in these sessions. I somehow manage to shut out the world and drift off to a place of calm the come back around feeling focused, balanced and energised. Best was to describe reiki is; the therapy session you never realised you needed!

My first time and wow, I have never felt so comfortable at a first time treatment , as strangers . It was a wonderful healing , balancing experience and I can’t wait for next time. I felt I was floating , my body relaxed -removing tension, I felt waves of joy and clarity . I met Anna three weeks ago for my first Birth Chart and a Reiki session. A week after, I joined the Cosmic Clarity Mentorship plan, and it is a wonderful experience.
