Had a wonderful reiki session with Lindsay who is so calm and welcoming. Her studio is beautiful and the surroundings are so peaceful. Felt very relaxed during and after the session. The next day however I had so much more energy than normal. I felt more alert and brighter, the normal fatigue had lifted. Lindsay is very skilled at her job but also so compassionate.
