Never really understood reiki...and still don't if I'm being completely honest, but what I do understand is the importance of relaxing and focusing on the mind and that's exactly what happens in these sessions. I somehow manage to shut out the world and drift off to a place of calm the come back around feeling focused, balanced and energised. Best was to describe reiki is; the therapy session you never realised you needed!

Tony is lovely my mother adores him as he comes to mothers home for her therapy treatment for arthritis. Tony talkative smiley and always communicating with mum even though she doesn't speak a word of English 😂😂😂

I had my first-ever Reiki session with Anna today, and it was a truly wonderful experience. As a busy mum with a demanding job, I arrived feeling overwhelmed, but the calm started the moment I stepped into her beautiful garden studio. Being new to Reiki, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Anna is a complete professional. She is incredibly warm and empathetic, taking the time to talk me through everything and ensuring I felt comfortable. The session itself was wonderfully relaxing and allowed me to finally breathe, unwind, and ground myself. I left feeling deeply nurtured. Can’t wait to return.

First time having laser treatment after a knee replacement 8 weeks ago. I was told by my physio it wouldn’t do anything. I went against what he said. Really glad I did because the swelling has reduced dramatically, giving me more movement and flexibility. I was then offered laser treatment in my home because I cannot drive yet. Second treatment done today and after 8 weeks of having a shower, I have managed to get in and out of the bath with ease and without help. So thank you Emma and Tony for your outstanding service.

Emma has been exceptional throughout all my treatments Lovely to talk to and gives some great advice I always look forward to seeing her for my laser therapy treatment even though it's a 1 hr 30 mins travel! I first went to see Mo about a week before the Manchester Marathon as I was struggling with a cramped hamstring and very worried I would t make the start line. But thanks to the care and attention paid, Mo helped me get to that line and complete the marathon within target time. Big Thanks to Mo for that, a gent and professional. Just had another round to ease everything out after the big day and I'm feeling like a new man!

I think Emma is simply the best. If you have anatomy problems and in pain with bones/joints etc then id say book yourself in. I have a bad back, my hip had shifted alignment during pregnancy when I developed long term sciatica. I tried acupuncture, massage, cupping and chiropractic (last one being the worst I did to my back) Luckily Emma got recommended and I saw her for Osteomyology, since then my back has improved drastically. Usually I dont need any treatment however for general back care instead of a massage etc I come to see Emma. Definitely worth booking

5 star service! I brought my new cat in who suspected pregnancy after acting stranger than our other female. someone I know recommended Emma and honestly I couldn’t have been made more welcome. Mo has been working on my shoulder and has done great job. As we got further into treatment he also gave me strengthening exercises i could do plus advice on water intake. This was my last session but he offered top up if needed. Mo is a really friendly knowledgeable guy and puts you at ease. He works to your pain threshold and always checking with you as he goes along with the treatment. I have recommended to many of my friends and colleagues if they ever need any help.

After years of suffering trauma from childhood to almost 50, two cancer battles and loosing some of the most incredible people in my life I feel free save and mentally stable. I have never been able to accept and process talking therapies, it’s just never worked. After one session with Anita and access bars I felt free, after a further 2 I feel better than I ever have. 6 months ago I developed pains in my right leg and saw a physio then an osteopath with no results. During my first appointment with Emma she was quick to diagnose my issue and I can highly recommend her!
