Emma has been exceptional throughout all my treatments Lovely to talk to and gives some great advice I always look forward to seeing her for my laser therapy treatment even though it's a 1 hr 30 mins travel! Never really understood reiki...and still don't if I'm being completely honest, but what I do understand is the importance of relaxing and focusing on the mind and that's exactly what happens in these sessions. I somehow manage to shut out the world and drift off to a place of calm the come back around feeling focused, balanced and energised. Best was to describe reiki is; the therapy session you never realised you needed!

Such a warm, relaxing treatment room. Well presented, clean, calming from the minute you walk through the door. Anne is such a lovely person, who makes you feel comfortable throughout. I had the aromatherapy massage and Anne mixed a lovely combination of oils that smelt beautiful. Anne really knows how to make you feel as relaxed as you can be, she works on the areas that is needed the most, leaving you ache & pain eased. I will definitely be returning regularly.
