Came to see Jo for the head space treatment. This is my second time visiting the Self Care Sanctuary and just as the first time Jo was lovely and welcoming. She checked in with how I was feeling before explaining the treatment I had chosen. I was so comfortable and relaxed that I drifted off at points which is just the feeling I needed. I will absolutely continue to visit Jo and her lovely place! Her treatments are 100% focused on you and giving you a space to unwind in.

Unbelievable, 90 minute ritual Spa massage, ive come away feeling de stressed, all of my aches have been massaged away. I didnt realise how tense I was from my head down to my toes. Jo took so much care with me and didn't miss a thing, my fingers even got massaged. I would highly recommend Jo to everyone, the room,the atmosphere, the scents, so very welcoming and relaxing, no detail spared. Thankyou so much Jo, it was perfect xxxx

I would just like to mention how happy I am with my lip filler Leanne is amazing! My lips look so natural, just how I wanted them to look! Only those people close to me who I told could notice a difference, and they complimented them so much, anyone who doesn’t know me would never be able to tell I had filler because of how natural they look thank you so much 😊 xxx

This was my second session with Anna. I’ve been going through a lot of changes recently and it helped me feel grounded with a clear head. My anxiety had been creeping back in and I felt completely at ease after the session. The coaching session afterwards was very insightful. I felt welcomed and in a safe space. Never really understood reiki...and still don't if I'm being completely honest, but what I do understand is the importance of relaxing and focusing on the mind and that's exactly what happens in these sessions. I somehow manage to shut out the world and drift off to a place of calm the come back around feeling focused, balanced and energised. Best was to describe reiki is; the therapy session you never realised you needed!

I had my first microneedling session with Leighanne today and I’m so glad I finally booked! I was a little nervous about the treatment as I’ve never had it before, but Leighanne explained the process so clearly and answered my (many!) questions, I felt so at ease and didn’t feel any discomfort at all throughout the treatment ☺️ I highly recommend and can’t wait to see my results, my skin already looks more glowy and plump ✨ Thank you!
