My 11 year old grandson has had a number of sessions now with Wendy. His sleep pattern has gone from erratic at best to sleeping like a baby. Within 5 minutes of listening to Wendy’s calming voice on the recording, he is asleep. Also, his anxiety levels are diminishing, he is calmer and more relaxed.
