Every appointment feels tailored rather than a one-size-fits-all facial. The experience is always so relaxing, and my skin looks and feels amazing afterwards—healthier, brighter, and more refreshed. Cheryl was extremely knowledgeable about the various treatments on offer, making me feel relaxed and at ease throughout the entire process. Honestly Dalal is incredible, the time and care she takes in all her treatments is so comforting. I always leave feeling my best, relaxed and refreshed. I also have to say her extraction during treatment is not only the most comfortable one I have ever had, it is the best what she gets out with such a soft touch is astounding. I arrived earlier to my appointment and was welcomed by a member of staff with a smile on her face. She took care of me and made sure I get the best of the treatment. My skin is very problematic but I felt I was in good hands. We also had a nice chat and I’m coming back in a couple of weeks. The staff looks after clients properly and makes sure we leave happy.
