Great experience . Hydro facial was amazing , skin felt clean and fresh . Explaining of the treatment was great as I do have sensitive skin and did not want any flair up as I have had this with previous treatments , the process and treatment was explained and assured this would not cause any issues with the skin after treatment as the products used were not harsh and would nourish the skin : Would do this once a month without hesitation .

Got an amazing Hydrafacial from Paula today! My skin felt and looked so hydrated and glowy! Paula’s touch and genuine nature made me feel so comfortable. She prescribed me an easy skincare routine from Dermalogica that worked with my busy schedule as a mum of 2 boys. I also picked up a collegen powder and beauty renewal liquid from a brand called Imbibe cause it tasted delicious as I was offered a sample before my treatment started. Highly reccomend Paula for a facial treatment!

Came in for a couples Japanese head spa and it was such a treat. Kara welcomed us warmly and explained everything on offer. Audrey did my treatment — gentle, attentive, and walked me through every step. The scalp massage was deeply relaxing and the head wash in the massage chair was a genuine surprise. Facial at the end was the perfect finisher. Decor is peaceful, location in Mosman is spot on, and the team is warm and inclusive. Great value. I'll be back for the cosmetic treatments. Highly recommend!
