I went to Sian at Align Therapy in Swansea after 2–3 months of shoulder pain, worried I’d damaged my rotator cuff. Thankfully, it turned out to be muscle tension, and after just one treatment I felt so much better! Sian is professional, kind, and so easy to talk to — I only wish I’d gone sooner instead of waiting months. After three treatments I feel as good as new, and I even tried acupuncture today which was a really lovely experience. Highly recommend!

I received my therapy which was a sports massage from Lauren at Align Therapies and prior to my visit my lower back certainly was not in a good place but only after a 30minute therapy ,i can honestly say my lower back is much better .I certainly fully recommend this service and would definitely recommend in future to all i inow Thank you very much .

So far so good! I'm sore because there's a lot of tightness in my muscles to work on and I suffer from fibromyalgia, but it's still a relaxing experience and my osteopath is friendly and knowledgeable. This was only my second appointment, but I'm definitely returning 👍

Lauren gives a very good sports massage. She finds all the sore points and works through them. A lot of masseuses can’t press hard enough, but that is not an issue with Lauren. Highly recommended.

Very good. Sam took a lot of trouble to listen to my symptoms and medical history before making a diagnosis. The massage and acupuncture definitely helped, though more will be required for fuller release from pain.
