Travelled from South Wales to do the Manchester Marathon this weekend and visited CryoLab twice before and after the race. Was so scared before it but Martine was absolutely amazing and so reassuring. To say the chamber helped with my niggles and muscle soreness was an understatement. Had a neck and shoulders massage this evening and feel so much better. Demi was very attentive to ensure the correct pressure was applied, the environment was inviting and relaxing. The heated under blanket was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend anyone to try Demi, she was lovely and even offered me a glass of Prosecco for being her first client. Will definitely be returning.

Best massage in Manchester she truly have healing hands and a technic she learned from her family. I come all the way from Yorkshire and drive 1h one way to reach her that’s how good she is. You can feel the ancestral power in her technic and the passion she puts in her work. She is gifted and you will come out light as a feather. I had a knot in my back and neck for few weeks and it completely disappeared after only one session. Her price are affordable too. She has the best positive energy and very professional ⭐️ I’m so glad and I feel blessed I find her ❤️ Highly recommended 💕

Lewis was really friendly and attentive to my needs. Got a thorough massage working all my tight areas and gave me some tips on what do my resolve some of my issues. The service was relaxed and made sure that throughout the session it wasn't too much. I have already booked another session for a couple of weeks!

Michaela gives amazing massages. She’s warm, attentive, and really knows what she’s doing. She takes the time to understand what your body needs and adjusts the massage perfectly. I walked in feeling tense and walked out completely relaxed and pain-free. The whole experience felt calm, comfortable, and genuinely caring. I can’t recommend her enough — easily one of the best massages I’ve ever had.

Today was my first visit to Healing Hands and it won't be the last. I was made to feel comfortable and welcome from the moment I arrived. Muliana clearly loves her job and is very skilled. I booked for a massage, initially opting for deep tissue, but after discussing we decided that as I have a game to play at the weekend, a medium to firm Thai oil massage would be a more sensible place to start. I’ve had numerous massages in the past and have never been able to switch off and relax, you know what it’s like, busy mum, working, never stop. I went to see Jordanne because I had a trapped nerve and knots in my shoulder. She worked her absolute magic. I felt relaxed as soon as I walked in, got under the cover onto the heated blanket and before I knew it I had fallen asleep and the knot and trapped nerve was gone. I left feeling the most relaxed I have in ages. She is absolute magic.

I had the BEST relaxing neck, back and shoulders massage from Kayla! I have had a few massages in different places (Kendals, to boutiques in Portugual, to hotels all across the globe). This was the best by far! Will be coming again. Thank you Kayla.

Had a really good sports massage with Lewis, focused mainly on my lower back. He took the time to ask a few questions first about where I was feeling tight and what my training load was like, which I appreciated. My lower back felt noticeably looser straight after, and I have way more movement the next day. He also gave me a couple of simple tips to help stop it tightening up again.

Best massage ever! It was deeply relaxing and adjusted perfectly to my preferences, and all the knots were gone by the end. I felt refreshed and full of life afterwards. She’s a lovely lady with a great personality, which made the whole experience even better. I booked my next session straight away. I slept incredibly well after, honestly the best one I’ve had in a long time. Really glad I booked it just before Xmas, as I’ve been able to enjoy the holidays feeling calm, relaxed and very zen.

Had a lovely couples massage followed by some delicious tea and to our surprise a sauna experience. It was such a relaxing and lovely day, especially for my husband who doesn't typically do these type of things. He said he'd come back :) which is a very big compliment.
