I had a wonderful massage with Nora, who was so attentive, friendly and welcoming. She tailored the massage perfectly to what I needed, and the hot stones were amazing! She regularly checked in about the pressure and made me feel completely at ease throughout. Really good experience at Soman Studio Sports Massage. I went in with a painful knot/tightness in my shoulder and felt much better after the session. The treatment was professional, thorough and targeted the exact area that was causing me trouble. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere and everything was explained clearly. Had a neck and shoulders massage this evening and feel so much better. Demi was very attentive to ensure the correct pressure was applied, the environment was inviting and relaxing. The heated under blanket was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend anyone to try Demi, she was lovely and even offered me a glass of Prosecco for being her first client. Will definitely be returning.

Always a great welcome at the cryo lab , I've never done the body balancer before , it was all explained before hand and I was very much looking forward to 45 minutes to myself . Nice clean room , lights off and let the machine and suit do all the work . It was so relaxing my legs have felt great all day . Part of my recovery journey lymphatic drainage, helping to flush excess fluid, reduce swelling and improve circulation . Yet to really appreciate the results but that and the chamber i can definitely feel improvement. Would definitely recommend cryo lab .

Walked in a little scared of what was wrong, Lewis made me feel incredibly at ease, comfortably and relaxed. Explained everything to me, very knowledgeable about the human body. Started to work on my lower back, explaining everything he was doing, asking "if I was ok, is this hurting, would you like me to stop etc" I've had lots of work done on my back of the years, I've walked away happy, feeling like I can carry on with my life, gym and work, definitely made to feel like I have nothing to worry about. Had a really good sports massage with Lewis, focused mainly on my lower back. He took the time to ask a few questions first about where I was feeling tight and what my training load was like, which I appreciated. My lower back felt noticeably looser straight after, and I have way more movement the next day. He also gave me a couple of simple tips to help stop it tightening up again.
