Very welcoming, had a discussion before we began about the pressure l liked, what I expected to gain from the treatment and if I had any problem areas or areas I would like her to concentrate on Faith mentioned the room temperature if I was happy with it and to let her know at any time if I was hot Faith checked l was comfortable before she began, checked if I was happy with the pressure she was using during the massage Very relaxing and calming environment Came away feeling very relaxed and zoned out

My first massage with Lauren and my first ever pregnancy massage and I couldn’t recommend it enough. Lauren is lovely and welcoming and I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I had the Gold Package at Jemma’s Japanese Head Spa today and it was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. Every step felt thoughtful and luxurious, especially the scalp massage—it completely melted away my tension! My scalp felt refreshed, my hair was noticeably softer, and the facial left my skin looking brighter. The water therapy and unique finishing touches made the whole experience even more calming 🫶🏻 A big thank you to Jemma for such a wonderful experience—I walked out feeling completely reset.
