Did a 4.5hr top to toe spa and enjoyed the whole session. Highly recommend Susi's services-massage, body scrub, facial and also hair spa! Super relaxing and great way to end my Batam trip.

Had an amazing massage session with Eka! I walked out feeling so good, like I had a brand new body. I asked Eka to focus on my legs, calves and thighs as I do a lot of sports. She worked through the tightness and soreness very effectively. The funniest part was the back massage because I’m very ticklish 😂 Eka quickly noticed it and adjusted her pressure and technique to make it more comfortable. Thank you Eka for the wonderful massage. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be back!

Kiki was wonderfully attentive to my needs as I was nursing a cough and runny nose. She kept making sure I was comfortable, had tissue on hand and hot water when I needed it. She also exerted a good amount of pressure as I chose the accupressure fusion massage. Kiki is also quite conversant in English which I appreciate.

I recently visited Spa Central Batam and had an amazing experience with Aya. From the moment the session started, she was incredibly professional, attentive, and skilled at what she does. Her massage technique was strong, consistent, and very relaxing — exactly what I needed after a tiring week. You can really tell she has experience and passion in her work. I had such a wonderful experience here! I tried the massage, body scrub, manicure, and hair spa with Rere — semuanya memang best dan sangat memuaskan. Massage dia sangat relaxing, tak terlalu kuat dan tak terlalu lembut, memang cukup untuk hilangkan lenguh. Body scrub pun wangi dan buat kulit rasa super smooth lepas tu. Manicure sangat kemas, detail, dan warna pun tahan lama. Hair spa pula memang favourite — urutan kepala dia buat terus rasa ringan dan fresh. Service pun sangat friendly, professional, dan buat kita rasa selesa dari mula sampai habis. Definitely Will come again.

Took half-day deluxe and overall it was 4.5 out of 5. Location: Was convenient and near Nagoya Hill but they have complimentary driver to fetch you to wherever. Facility: The place was nice, clean and well organised. Love it! Treatment: The masseur was excellent in massage and everything but not good in Manicure, it was so bad i couldn't even take a picture. Overall, the rest is great just don'e take the nails and the salon services.

I had a massage and facial treatment here yesterday. The therapist was professional, and her techniques and service were excellent. The entire treatment was comfortable and relaxing. However, I think the environment could be improved. Whenever I was just starting to fully relax, I could hear the sound of equipment being moved and bumped around in the room next door, which disrupted the overall experience. Better soundproofing or noise control would make the experience even more enjoyable.
