The masseuse has great massage technique, however she was feeling a bit unwell and keep coughing during my session (despite wearing mask), it's a bit concerning for me and making my session slightly unpleasant.

I booked for full day spa package for 3 pax. The masseuse are very good in massage, facial, hair spa. The environment is very good and nice. I will come back again. The spa tub was design in a way that is friendly to older ppl. My little suggestion to Spa Central Baloi is that best to have an emergency bell in the spa room. I'm very satisfied with the service today. Thanks 👍 😊

The stars were Ms. Sevii who took care of arrangements for pickup/dropoff to hotel and a gourmet lunch; Ms. Aya who gives the BEST massage, facial and hair treatments; Ms. Rere who can do manicure/pedicures like no other (excellent) and Ms. Yus who was the excellent chauffeur provided. Highly recommend the full day package and be prepared to be pampered like royalty!

I recently visited Spa Central Nagoya, and I had an excellent experience. The massage therapy was top-notch, and I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. My wife was equally pleased with her facial treatment—the results were fantastic! What impressed me the most was the kids’ area. My daughter loved it! She had a great time participating in the short activities, and it’s wonderful that the spa caters to families. Overall, I highly recommend Spa Central Nagoya, especially for those with kids. The Spa provide a good service from the start till the end. They pick us up at the hotel. The Therapist was good in making us comfortable with their massage for 2.5 hrs. At the end of the session they served us with ginger tea and they drop us back at hotel. We have booked for another session ( Facial ) for Sat too

Had an amazing massage session with Eka! I walked out feeling so good, like I had a brand new body. I asked Eka to focus on my legs, calves and thighs as I do a lot of sports. She worked through the tightness and soreness very effectively. The funniest part was the back massage because I’m very ticklish 😂 Eka quickly noticed it and adjusted her pressure and technique to make it more comfortable. Thank you Eka for the wonderful massage. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be back!

I had a massage and facial treatment here yesterday. The therapist was professional, and her techniques and service were excellent. The entire treatment was comfortable and relaxing. However, I think the environment could be improved. Whenever I was just starting to fully relax, I could hear the sound of equipment being moved and bumped around in the room next door, which disrupted the overall experience. Better soundproofing or noise control would make the experience even more enjoyable.

I just had the most incredible experience with Herlina at the Batam Centre branch. I booked a combination of a body scrub, facial, and massage, and it was exactly what I needed. The scrub left my skin feeling incredibly soft, and the facial was so refreshing. ​But the highlight was definitely the massage—Herlina has an amazing technique and knew exactly how to work out all my tension. I walked out feeling like a completely new person. If you’re visiting Spa Central, definitely ask for Herlina! Highly recommended.

Herlina did a great job! I had a 3 hour combo that included a massage with oil and hot rocks and a facial. All was done with expertise. I was very disappointed at the end to not be able to shower off all the oil. I hate the way it makes me feel and don't like getting it on my clothes. But was told it was not allowed.

Good value for money, nice ambiance, Clean space with polite staff and therapist. Treatments were a little underwhelming compared to other spas in Batam. Tried the half-day facial package - aromatherapy and herbal foot detox was good; facial was very basic.

Fantastic services by Spa Sentral Baloi. All their staffs are friendly, clean and comfortable environment. Dianty and Martha’s massage skills were great, just the right pressure and on point. My husband and I had full day massages, facial, classic pedi and head spa. When the driver sent us back to the hotel, we were refreshed and felt relaxed.
