Today was my first visit to this salon. It is located one block off of Oxford street. From start to finish - My needs and expectations were exceptionally well met. I love my hair. The job was done within the four hours. I am happy that I received exact style requested. There were no negatives and recommendations for change. All staff members were so welcoming and took great care of me. They really knew how to take care of my hair with little to no tension to it. The detangling process was the best I have had in a long time and so quick. My knotless braids came out beautifully! Thank you!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful these ladies are. I want to gate keep and not tell other people but honestly, they would still figure out how to get more people done. I get the works when I come here from detoxification/treatments/twists/braids I’ve done it all and both of my daughters. My daughter has locs. I have natural hair my other daughter has natural. I typically like to get twist, or extensions. We’ve gotten cornrows. these ladies are masterful responsive, and better than other salons. I have tried here on two different continents .

I love this salon! Excellent service and quality products. The staff is very friendly and quick. Naa washed retwisted and styled my locs in half the time that it was scheduled to take. I will be back the next time im in Accra!

Visiting from the U.S. with roots in Ghana, I’m so glad I found this salon! The staff was warm, attentive, and truly committed to healthy hair. My daughter and I both felt cared for—she has natural hair and I have locs, and they gave us great tips for at-home care. I’ve already booked my next visit. This will definitely be my hair home whenever I’m in Ghana!

I had a great experience. I had made an appointment to get passion twists but ended up getting small box braids, instead, with a pretty shade of silvery salt and pepper. Braids were beautiful done by a team of braiders led by Rita. It took less than 3 hours.:)

The Spintex office didn't seem to know that I had made a reservation but they welcomed me anyway. Got my locs washed and tightened. The person tightening my locs checked in periodically to make sure that it was being too tight. They just need to make sure their location is aware of the bookings, especially during a day with heavy traffic. I would go back again!
