The Electrologist was very pleasant and the service was great- however, when pulling hair after electrolysis, if it seems difficult to come out, try not to pluck it out as this may set back the progress tremendously. Electrolysis is systematically shrinking the blood supply to each hair treated. When you tweeze/pluck, this forcibly rips the root from the papilla. If the hair is not falling out with ease, shock the hair 2-3 more times until it does.

Could have been a 5 if we started on time. Otherwise he’s always gentle and helpful I almost fell asleep when we was washing and detangling my hair . Love getting my hair done by Kurt (spelling?) He’s also good with customer service - calling and following up do do a survey earlier this year and he called me remind me of my appointment today.

Amazing spa experience… best I’ve had in Kingston

Very efficient. Hair care advice was given without my asking for it. Attendant was quite polite.

I got a keratin treatment, the customer service was top class. They had snacks available when I got peckish. The process was gentle. I got a full service and so far I’m very pleased with the results. It was worth it. I now have the best hairstyle I’ve ever had.

The service was good only wish you had massage chairs hopefully that will be added in the future then it would be great other than that I was quite satisfied

This was my second electrolysis appointment with Christina. First and second were very detailed oriented targeting my coarse gray facial hair. There is light at the end of the tunnel. I'll see you next time I'm in Ja.

Veronique, Madam CEO, is always pleasant. She is quite professional, always on time. The ambiance is great and customers can watch a movie or listen to some tunes while they get their hair done. The staff is friendly and well-trained, they always give you the style you had in mind.
