Listen!!!! When I say good customer service I mean good customer service. She is patient, she made me feel so comfortable. I called her and spoke to her prior to booking to explain my concerns and she was so gentle. She wears her mask straight through the session, sanitizes all her brushes IT WAS LITERALLY THE BEST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!

This visit was a follow up and it was an encouraging one. I've tried my best to stick to the regime Angelisa set out for me to repair and eventually grow my hair and her feedback was good for me. She identified that my hair texture feels less coarse and the look of it is improving i.e. more sheen. I was given additional instructions and some tweaks to my routine that I'll be following. I love the guidance. Thanks girlie!

We had an amazing experience at the Kingston location!!! The massages and pedicures were great, and our technicians were so thorough and professional. I love their vibrant personalities and they make you feel so comfortable if they suspect discomfort in any way. I would definitely recommend Bodyscape Spa Kingston to anyone looking for quality service at an affordable rate, as a gift to someone for a special occasion or as a place for regular upkeep! They are now at the top of my list!

As always, Nea was on point with the expertise and styling. Professional, knowledgeable, current on the know-hows and the at home maintenance until I see her again. Always an amazing experience, from the relaxing massage during conditioning (get the extended add-on) to the shine and bounce of my hair -have me looking and feeling brand new. Highly recommended!!!

Great massage by Gypsy! I love a deeeeep massage annd she got the very core and quite knowledgeable of those pain areas and working them out. My facial was lovely and left me glowing! I had a lovely time being pampered and I feel refreshed! 🤞🏽🌻✨ I shall return 🤍

Sssssooooooo........I loved my experience. First timer. The customer service was very warm which is a plus, because giving someone an opportunity to cut & comb my hair is quite personal, plus with my condition (alopecia on both sides of my head) they had patience with me, providing me with the necessary information for my future hair care. And I must say I was timid at first with the 1st big chop but yaadie girl LOVES the end result! Thank you guys. You will definitely be seeing me again.
