Could have been a 5 if we started on time. Otherwise he’s always gentle and helpful I almost fell asleep when we was washing and detangling my hair . Love getting my hair done by Kurt (spelling?) He’s also good with customer service - calling and following up do do a survey earlier this year and he called me remind me of my appointment today.

Very professional service and clean environment

It was good. The wash, detangle and treatment was excellent. The style done was okay. I’d have loved if more attention was paid to the parting and proportioning for each plait. However all in all, was good.
