Natasha really knew her stuff, she asked all the required questions and went into details about the dos and don'ts. She also made me feel like I knew her long time. She was very gentle, very thorough, had excellent customer service skills and talked you through the process. I enjoyed my experience and I'm definitely going back for my haircare.

Could have been a 5 if we started on time. Otherwise he’s always gentle and helpful I almost fell asleep when we was washing and detangling my hair . Love getting my hair done by Kurt (spelling?) He’s also good with customer service - calling and following up do do a survey earlier this year and he called me remind me of my appointment today.

Experience was great. The student Cosmologist was excellent. Her future is bright, She was professional, neat and most of all critical thinking was on point. 10/ 10 experience, I can see leadership characteristics in her. She have the potential of becoming a lecturer one day.
